It reaches the people who write these pages. Answers usually go out inside two working days. There is no phone line and no chat window, and putting either on the page would only promise a speed we could not hold to.
Things worth sending here
- Anything on these pages that reads as unclear, or that looks wrong
- A price, a shipping rule or a guarantee term that has changed since we last verified it
- A link that has stopped working
- How the eight named ingredients are described, or where a statement came from
- How the commission arrangement works and where it is disclosed
Things that must go elsewhere
Anything to do with an order in motion. This site never sees one, so those messages all end the same way: with us pointing you at the seller. That covers tracking a parcel, changing an address after checkout, opening or chasing a refund, and any charge on a statement you do not recognise.
The seller’s support address arrives in your order confirmation, and it is the only inbox with the access to do anything about it.
Two questions we will not answer
How many milligrams of an ingredient are in a serving. That has not been published, and guessing would hand you a number that looks authoritative and is not. The Supplement Facts panel ships with the product and is the accurate source.
Whether HoneyFil is appropriate alongside a medicine you take. That is a clinical judgement about you in particular and belongs with whoever wrote the prescription. Anyone answering it from behind a website is guessing.
